RL1600 SERIES CAST IRON WEIGH MODULE

One JB4SS NEMA Type 4X stainless steel signal trim junction box
Three or four RL1600 cast iron compression mounts
Three or four RL75016 double-ended shear beam load cells
25 ft of our hostile environment EL147HE SURVIVOR® load cell cable

RLBTM MILD/STAINLESS STEEL WEIGH MODULE

Capacities (per module): 500-5,000 lb SE mild steel/1,000-4,000 lb stainless steel
Stainless steel construction
Self-checking, multi-directional movement
Design incorporates a ball and cup for self centering
The RLBTM will accommodate a standard shear beam 500 lb-5,000 lb SE load cell that has a threaded load hole. RL30000, RL39123, RL35023, RL35082, RL35083.

RICE LAKE PARAMOUNTS HS MODULE KIT

Complete Kit Includes:

One JB4SS NEMA Type 4X stainless steel signal trim junction box
One fixed-pin module, one side-stop module, and one or two free-sliding assemblies. Each module is complete with a FLINTEC SB4 or SB10 (520 lb) stainless steel hermetically sealed load cell
25ft of our hostile environment EL147HE SURVIVOR® load cell cable

Standard Features:

Capacities (per module): 520-22,500 lb (2.3 kN/102.1 kg-100 kN/10,205.9 kg)
Unique design allows for thermal expansion/contraction
Jacking screw allows empty vessel to be lifted clear of load cell for maintenance
Unique blind load hole eliminates unwanted side and eccentric loads
Vessel is free to slide laterally on PTFE-coated surfaces
Load cell outputs are matched to ±.0.07%, allowing replacement without further calibration

HEAVY DUTY STAINLESS STEEL BALL AND SOCKET TANK MOUNT MODEL TBSM

Ball and Socket Mounting assembly for single ended beams w/threaded load hole, TSBSS, NSB-SS, 65023-SS, 9123. The weighing vessel will be on a top mounting plate that has a ball and socket for alignment. The ball and socket has a threaded rod that screws into the load cell. Stainless steel. Add load cell from Beam section.
